Airsoft is a sports game which is played by people, young and old, around world.
The age anyone can play this game depends on the insurance cover that each site has. Most sites in the UK, USA etc accept players from age 14, though many will also accept players as young as 10. I would advise that before playing Airsoft at any site, you make sure it has insurance cover for all players. Always wear eye protection when playing Airsoft, even if you are just playing in your backyard. Airsoft is non-lethal, no-one has ever been injured using these. It is not possible to convert these items to use anything other than little plastic BBs. Above all, Always play safe.
The Barrett M82A1 is not affordable, the ammo is not affordable, you won’t use it for hunting, and it probably would not be useful in an SHTF scenario. BUT you should disregard all of that and go into debt so you can have one. The old saying, «the most fun you can have with your clothes on» comes to mind.

A collection of disconnected subjects, actions and occurrences at the Big Sandy machine-gun shoot. Recorded between March 2010 and October 2011. Thanks to all of the willing shooters who held the trigger down when the cameras were rolling. Thanks to all of the camp builders and extra photographers that it took to cover this large event.
This is a great recreational activity — but current law inhibits growth and further acceptance. We are forced to accept diminished and abbreviated auto-loading weapons, reducing the general public’s tactical advantage. Please pressure your representatives to strike the Hughes Amendment from the Firearms Owner’s Protection act. Thank you.

The Big Sandy Shoot is held twice a year — end of March and late October. You can visit too! For more information check http://www.mgshooters.com
I’m always looking for video production people who want to help at the shoot. You should be able to camp on site and have a basic understanding of cameras, field audio and production support. Message me for details.

A sniper is a highly trained marksman who operates alone, in a pair, or with a sniper team to maintain close visual contact with the enemy and engage targets from concealed positions or distances exceeding the detection capabilities of enemy personnel. These sniper teams operate independently, with little combat asset support from their parent units. Snipers typically have highly selective and specialized training and use high-precision/special application rifles and optics, and often have sophisticated communication assets to feed valuable combat information back to their units.
